"In short, we LOVED it!  The yacht was beautiful and clean and well-cared for.  The staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding of our needs.  The guides told us about the islands as though we were the first people they had been able to share the information with.  There seemed to be no question that was to small to ask.  The trips in and out of the pangas were handled with great understanding of someone like myself who doesn't hop in and out of boats with the grace of a younger person.  I was impressed with the way the crew worked together and made sure we had what we needed.  The food was wonderful.  We especially enjoyed the two nights when dinner was served on the top deck.  The people we met during our week were great fun and also seemed very well satisfied."

“The most amazing trip we have ever been on in our lives and the most enchanting of the 43 countries I have visited.  We saw many beautiful displays of nature, but we discovered the most precious resource you have is your people.  Whether we were in Quito, a restaurant, street or Quichua village, Ecuadorians were always polite, friendly and helpful.

I would like to say that Klein Tours is the best, most efficient, prompt and well organized tour agency I have dealt with.  From the internet correspondence to personalized tours, we felt it was top notch.  When we arrived at the airport, Alejandro and driver were at the front of the crowd with our name sign to take us to the hotel.  They were so prompt in picking us up for tours and transfers we could set our watch by them.    Alejandro did a wonderful job with the city tour and visit to the equator that you helped us add at the last minute. 

The Galapagos and CORAL II were absolutely marvelous.  I did not realize that Klein Tours operated that, but it of course made a very easy transition.  The ship was immaculate and crew and guides exceptional.  Soledad was most helpful in her friendly way on board the ship, and our nature guide, Victor Hugo was the perfect guide for our group.  He allowed us to move along the paths and beaches at a leisure pace, giving a great explanation and always allowed time for questions and plenty of photos.  We never felt rushed and always got to maximize our time at each point. 

Please say thank you to your staff and guides of Klein Tours for providing a wonderful service and making our visit to Ecuador so memorable and special.  I will certainly recommend the company to my colleagues.  If the economy allows, we would like to consider a vacation to Peru and Chile in the future.  I assure you my first call will be to Klein Tours in hopes that I might experience your hospitality again.“
